Middleton Investing, LLC was created out of need. "After talking to many investors, I found that they believe the only way to help a homeowner in foreclosure is to buy the home at a huge discount. I knew there had to be a better way." Said Dr. Middleton, and he soon found out that there was indeed a much better way to help homeowners in distress.

Not only are there misguided investors there are also bankruptcy attorneys that can end up misleading home owners. Bankruptcy should always be the last resort. The only way to stop foreclosure is to pay back the bank. Whether you work out an arrangement, or you pay them in full the only way to stop foreclosure is to pay them back. There is a time and a place for bankruptcy, but we feel it's often used too quickly.
